Wanted to let know Nurse Rebecca was very reassuring and thorough in her care couple weeks ago. She listened to my concerns and was very patient.

No not really. Nurse made sure I understood reasons for her actions. She took time to explain treatment.

I wanted to say how impressed I was with thorough advice/ explanation on phone by GP Dr Casson during week. Also my care from Nurse Ali at surgery. I was put at ease and was involved in my care/ treatment.
